حریم خصوصی
- احراز هویت افراد و دریافت اطلاعات کامل آنها توسط تترفا به هیچ‌وجه منجر به نقض حریم خصوصی کاربران نمی‌شود. از این رو دسترسی غیرمجاز به اطلاعات افراد و یا انتشار و فروش داده‌ها از مصادیق تجاوز به حریم خصوصی خواهد بود. تترفا متعهد به قوانین و مقررات جمهوری اسلامی ایران در خصوص رعایت حریم خصوصی است.
- مسئولیت حفظ و نگهداری اطلاعات کاربران در حدود استانداردهای فنی و قوانین قابل اعمال بر عهده‌ی تترفا است. سیاست حفظ حریم خصوصی در مورد سایت و کلیه خدمات ارائه شده توسط تترفا اعمال می‌شود.
حریم خصوصی
- ممکن است تترفا در موارد لزوم و به تشخیص خود جهت انجام تعهدات قانونی یا حفظ و ارتقای سطح خدمات ارائه شده، اقدام به جمع‌آوری اطلاعات کاربران در موارد زیر نماید:
- نام
- اطلاعات تراکنش
- موارد پرکاربرد سایت برای کاربر
- IP
- نوع و نسخه مرورگر
- سیستم عامل کاربر
- جزییات کلیک کاربر در url
- زمان و تاریخ ورود و خروج به سایت
- صفحات پر بازدید کاربر در سایت
- کلیدواژه‌های جست‌و‌جو شده در سایت
تترفا ممکن است برای شناسایی کاربران از کوکی استفاده کند. (مجموعه‌ای از حروف و اعداد که در مرورگر ذخیره می‌شود.)
کاربران می‌توانند در تنظیمات مرورگر اقدام به مسدود کردن کوکی‌ها نمایند. درصورت عدم مسدودی این امر به‌عنوان رضایت کاربر جهت استفاده تترفا از کوکی‌ها به شرح فوق تلقی می‌شود.
سایت از کوکی ورود کاربر استفاده می‌نماید تا در ورودهای بعدی اطلاعات ورود کاربر را به‌خاطر بسپارد.
جهت تجزیهوتحلیل داده‌ها از سرویس گوگل آنالیتیکس استفاده می‌شود که در نهایت منجر به خدمات‌دهی مناسب‌تر تترفا به کاربران می‌شود.
تترفا هیچ مسئولیتی در قبال کوکی‌های اشخاص ثالث عهده‌دار نمی‌شود.
تترفا ممکن است با رعایت اصل حفاظت از حریم خصوصی کاربران جهت تایید احراز هویت از روش‌های مختلفی استفاده نماید.
تترفا می‌تواند از اطلاعات کاربر جهت کنترل ورود به سایت و مدیریت حساب‌های کاربری استفاده نماید.کاربر نسبت به این امر مطلع بوده و رضایت داده است.
هدف تترفا شناخت نیازمندی‌های کاربران و ایجاد امکانات لازم جهت مرتفع‌سازی این نیاز است، از این رو کاربران با احراز هویت و ارائه اطلاعات خود به تترفا اجازه استفاده از آن را در موارد زیر می‌دهند:
برقراری ارتباط با کاربران در صورت نیاز جهت ارائه خدمات
بررسی، بهبود و توسعه محصولات و خدمات و کمک به تجزیهوتحلیل نیازهای مشتری
امکان برقراری ارتباط با کاربران و پیگیری درخواست‌ها
ابلاغ اطلاعیه‌ها
رسیدگی به اختلالات ایجاد شده
جلوگیری از کلاهبرداری و پولشویی و مدیریت سایر ریسک‌های مرتبط
هر هدف دیگری که مستقیما یا به‌طور غیرمستقیم با موارد بالا در ارتباط باشد.
اطلاعات کاربران ممکن است در اختیار شرکت‌های وابسته به تترفا به شرط محافظت صحیح از داده‌ها قرار داده شود.
در صورت بسته شدن حساب بنابر تعهدات قانونی و نظارتی، اطلاعات کاربران تا زمانی که لازم باشد حفظ می‌شود.

Authentication of people and receiving their complete information by Tetherfa does not lead to violation of users' privacy in any way.
